Эфиопия в эпоху расширения БРИКС: вступление и опыт участия
Аннотация
Прошел год с тех пор, как Эфиопия получила возможность присоединиться к БРИКС. На саммите глав государств в 2023 г. в ЮАР было объявлено о расширении объединения за счет новых стран-членов из Африки, Ближнего Востока и Латинской Америки. Цель статьи — раскрыть интерес Эфиопии к вступлению в БРИКС и ее опыт после присоединения. После сбора необходимых данных путем анализа документов и интервью авторы выяснили, что, во-первых, Эфиопия присоединилась к БРИКС из внешнеполитических соображений, имея в виду дипломатическую цель диверсификации дружественных стран и группировок, а также получения новых инвестиционных и торговых возможностей. Во-вторых, внутри страны наблюдалось разнообразие мнений как за, так и против вступления в БРИКС, что, однако, никогда не мешало правительству работать в рамках объединения. В-третьих, уже за прошедший год Эфиопия получила значительный опыт работы с БРИКС.
