Проектные углеродные рынки-2025: в ожидании роста
Abstract
В статье анализируются ключевые тенденции развития глобальных углеродных рынков, формирующихся выпуском и торговлей углеродных единиц от климатических проектов. Несмотря на то что такие рынки существовали на протяжении более двух десятилетий, после череды кризисов сейчас их объемы остаются небольшими. Сохраняющиеся перспективы роста создают позитивные ожидания и стимулируют активность участников рынка. Статья рассматривает основные факторы, определяющие предложение, спрос и сегментацию рынка. Цель анализа — представить комплексную картину состояния рынка, которая будет полезна для дальнейшего исследования или формирования практических стратегий регуляторов и участников рынка. Со стороны предложения ключевым трендом является сдвиг в пользу углеродных единиц более высокого качества и стандартизация, со стороны спроса — еще открытые дискуссии о допустимых способах использования углеродных единиц для целей декарбонизации.
