Экономические аспекты искусственного интеллекта: ключевые направления исследований
Аннотация
Статья посвящена анализу ключевых направлений исследований экономических аспектов искусственного интеллекта и выявлению их взаимосвязи в контексте структурных изменений современной экономики. Актуальность работы определяется тем, что в существующей литературе экономические последствия ИИ нередко рассматриваются фрагментарно — через производительность, рынок труда, неравенство, инфраструктуру или государственную политику по отдельности, — тогда как их внутренняя связь в рамках единой политико-экономической трансформации раскрыта недостаточно. Цель статьи состоит в формировании целостного представления об экономических эффектах ИИ. Показано, что ИИ следует рассматривать не только как инструмент повышения эффективности, но и как фактор более глубокой перестройки хозяйственных отношений, механизмов распределения, инфраструктурных основ развития и глобальных экономических иерархий. Анализ свидетельствует, что потенциал ИИ как технологии общего назначения не реализуется автоматически: между локальным ростом эффективности и устойчивым повышением производительности сохраняется институциональный и организационный разрыв. Воздействие ИИ на рынок труда проявляется прежде всего через перераспределение трудовых функций, изменение спроса на навыки и усиление дифференциации между различными группами работников. Одновременно распространение ИИ сопровождается ростом неравенства, концентрацией капитала и усилением платформенной власти. Развитие ИИ опирается на материальную инфраструктуру — вычислительные мощности, дата-центры, энергию и полупроводники, — что придает ему выраженное геоэкономическое измерение. Наконец, показано, что государство выступает не внешним регулятором, а одним из центральных участников ИИ-трансформации. Делается вывод о том, что экономические аспекты ИИ представляют собой взаимосвязанные проявления единого процесса структурной трансформации экономики и требуют комплексного политико-экономического анализа.
