Африканская континентальная зона свободной торговли и ее значение для малых островных государств: пример Сейшел
Аннотация
Африканская континентальная зона свободной торговли (АфКЗСТ) представляет собой наиболее значительное соглашение о свободной торговле в мире со времен создания Всемирной торговой организации в 1990-е гг. Его успешная реализация укрепит внутриафриканскую торговлю, будет способствовать экономической трансформации, стимулировать экономический рост и поддерживать достижение Целей устойчивого развития. В этом исследовании изучаются возможности и проблемы, с которыми Сейшелы сталкиваются в связи с созданием АфКЗСТ. Посредством критического анализа в работе оценивается готовность Сейшел к реализации соглашения, выделяются барьеры и преимущества, уникальные для малых островных государств. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о том, что для максимального использования выгод АфКЗСТ Сейшелам необходим стратегический подход, учитывающий их статус развивающейся островной экономики.
